We have three bathrooms — is a combi boiler the right choice?
Often not. A combi heats water on demand from the mains, so once two showers run at once the flow has to be shared. In larger Ecclesall houses a system boiler with a properly sized unvented cylinder usually gives a much better result. We will look at your incoming mains flow and how the household actually uses hot water before recommending anything.
The top floor of our house never gets properly warm — why?
