Heating engineers for business

Commercial heating that can't afford to stop

A domestic breakdown is an inconvenience. A commercial one closes a kitchen, empties a shop floor or leaves tenants without hot water and you with a legal problem. The pressures are different, and so is the response they need.

Heat365 works with businesses, landlords and letting agents across South Yorkshire — from single-boiler offices and takeaways to multi-property portfolios. We keep the visit short, the disruption minimal and the paperwork right, because for a commercial client the certificate matters as much as the repair.

We are Gas Safe registered and cover Sheffield, Rotherham, Chesterfield, Barnsley, Doncaster and Worksop. If you need someone tonight, the emergency line is answered around the clock.

Straightforward

How a commercial call-out works

1

Tell us the problem

Call or WhatsApp with the site address, the type of premises and what has failed. We will tell you honestly whether it needs attending today.

2

We attend and price it

A Gas Safe engineer diagnoses the fault on site and confirms a fixed price before any work starts. If it is a quick fix, we get on with it.

3

Repair, certificate, invoice

We complete the work, issue any certificate required and invoice with the reference your accounts need. Renewal dates go in the diary if you want them tracked.

FAQs

Commercial boiler and heating questions

Can't see your question? Call 07534 793949 — we're happy to help.

Do you cover commercial boilers as well as domestic?

Yes. We work on commercial and light-commercial heating and hot water systems in shops, offices, pubs, kitchens, rented properties and community buildings. If you tell us the boiler make, model and output when you call, we can confirm straight away that it is within our scope before anyone travels.

How quickly can you attend a commercial breakdown?

Our emergency line is answered 24 hours a day. How fast we can be on site depends on where you are and what else is running, so we will give you a realistic time when you call rather than an optimistic one. Premises where a failure stops you trading are prioritised.

What is the difference between a CP12 and a CP42?

A CP12 is the landlord gas safety record for domestic appliances in a rented property, required annually. A CP42 is the commercial catering gas safety inspection used for kitchens and commercial premises. They are different checks against different standards — if you are unsure which your building needs, describe the appliances and we will tell you.

Do landlords legally need an annual gas safety check?

Landlords in England and Wales must have every gas appliance and flue in a rented property checked for safety every 12 months by a Gas Safe registered engineer, and must give the tenant a copy of the record. We issue the certificate on completion and can remind you before it is due.

Can you look after several properties for us?

Yes. We work with landlords and letting agents managing multiple addresses, arranging access with tenants directly and issuing a certificate per property. Renewal dates can be tracked so nothing lapses.

Do you work outside business hours?

We do. For premises that cannot lose trading time, planned work can often be scheduled early, late or on a closed day. Emergency attendance is available around the clock.

Which areas do you cover for commercial work?

Sheffield, Rotherham, Chesterfield, Barnsley, Doncaster and Worksop, and the surrounding South Yorkshire and North Derbyshire areas. If you are just outside, call and ask — it is usually still a yes.
