UFH Installation
Electric and wet underfloor heating designed and installed — for new builds, extensions, bathrooms or whole homes.
Warm floors, even heat and no radiators on the wall. Heat365 installs, repairs and services both electric and wet (water) underfloor heating right across Sheffield — from a single warm bathroom floor to a whole-home system. If your underfloor heating has stopped working, we'll diagnose and fix it too.
Underfloor heating gives you gentle, even warmth across the whole room, frees up your walls and runs efficiently at lower temperatures — especially with a modern boiler or heat source. The catch is that it has to be designed, fitted and commissioned correctly, and when something goes wrong it takes a specialist to trace the fault.
That's where we come in. Heat365 designs and installs electric and wet (water) underfloor heating, retrofits it under existing floors, and repairs systems that have stopped heating — from manifold and pump faults to thermostat and zone problems. We service and maintain UFH too, so it keeps running at its best for years.
From a brand-new system to a stone-cold floor that won't warm up, our engineers cover it all:
Floor gone cold, a single zone not working or the thermostat showing a fault? It's usually fixable — call us and we'll diagnose it.

Floor not heating, a dead zone or a leak? We diagnose manifold, pump, thermostat and pipe faults and fix them.
Keep your system efficient with regular servicing, and upgrade to smart thermostats for better control and lower bills.
A proper underfloor heating repair or service checks the system in order: the thermostat and controls first, then the actuators, manifold and pump on a wet system, or the heating cable's electrical resistance on an electric one. The aim is to find which zone or component has failed before any floor is disturbed.
On a wet system, manufacturer Nu-Heat advises calling for heat and checking the actuator head is "proud" (raised) after three minutes, then checking the manifold isolation valves and flow gauges, the pump, and any air in the system, which shows as patchy heating or trembling flow gauges. On an electric system, Warmup advises testing resistance against the figure in the installation manual, and insulation resistance at 500V, where a pass is greater than 200 megaohms.

Electric (mats or wire) is ideal for single rooms like bathrooms and for retrofits, as it's slimmer and simpler to fit. Wet (water) systems are more efficient to run over larger areas and whole homes, especially with a modern boiler. We'll assess your floor and recommend the best fit at your quote.
Yes — repairs are a big part of what we do. We diagnose and fix the common causes of UFH not heating: manifold and pump faults, blockages and air, thermostat and wiring issues, and leaks. See our common faults guide for the usual culprits.
Often, yes. Low-profile electric systems and slim retrofit wet systems can go under many existing floors with minimal build-up. We'll check your floor construction and finish, then advise on the best retrofit option.
Wet systems benefit from periodic servicing — checking the manifold, pump, pressure and controls and flushing where needed — to keep them efficient and reliable. Electric systems need very little, but it's worth checking thermostats and controls. See our servicing guide.
Yes — manifolds, pumps, actuators, zone valves, thermostats and smart controls, plus leak detection and repair on wet systems. We trace leaks without ripping up the whole floor.
